Existing home was an 1800 sq. ft. cape. The client dreamed of a complete overhaul of the existing footprint as well as a large addition.
We added a 2 car garage, 2 larger bedrooms, full bathroom, larger master bathroom, larger master bedroom, larger kitchen,laundry,mudroom and office
